Refund and Cancellation Policy

The company covers trades based on a mathematical calculation of exposure and reserves the right to cancel trades outside this calculation, regardless of type or position. Arbitrage and scalping trading methods are prohibited and will be considered illegal.

Refund Example: Clients are entitled to a full refund on unused funds, but no refund is issued for lost funds. To receive a refund, clients must provide full KYC documents. Once received, the request will be processed, and the refund will be issued to the same deposit method within 7 days, minus transfer fees.
